  • I understand and agree to the terms and conditions to only park between the hours of 5pm-7am.
  • I agree to abide by all signage posted within Town-owned lots.
  • I understand that obtaining a valid permit does not guarantee parking space availability within the location selected. Parking availability is on a "first-come first-served" basis.
  • I affirm that the information given is true and accurate.
In consideration of the use of Municipal Property for Parking. The Permit Holder, on behalf of him/herself and all invitees or permitted users under the Permit, shall indemnify, defend and hold the Town, its members of council, officers, employees and agents (Indemnified Parties) harmless from any and all liability for any lose, damage, expenses or injury, that I may suffer, or my next of kin shall suffer either from my use of or my presence on Municipal Property relating to this Parking Permit. This covenant shall survive the expiration or termination of this Permit.
